ATA Model 128-A Surface Temperature Unit

The ATA Model 128-A Surface Temperature Unit was designed by Applied Technology Associates in response to the requests of many members of the longline swordfishing industry who asked for an accurate, fast responding and easily installed unit which would display temperature in hundredths of a degree F. It is the opinion of these swordfishermen that detecting small changes in temperature is an important factor in successful fishing. Installation kits are available for steel, fiberglass, and wooden vessels that allow the transducer to be mounted from inside the hull with the vessel still in the water.
